YOUR NEW EMPLOYER

Join a well-established national company headquartered in Sydney — a market leader in the design, manufacture, and servicing of advanced machinery for the Stone and Woodworking industries.
Our equipment is trusted in workshops across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam, and we are now entering a significant phase of growth and innovation.

YOUR NEW ROLE

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will join a skilled team of approximately 15 technicians operating across Australia and New Zealand.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preventive maintenance, installations, and breakdown servicing of CNC machining centres, edgebanders, panel saws, and beam saws.
Providing diagnostic support and on-site customer service.
Participating in regular team meetings to share knowledge and discuss technical challenges.
You will work a standard 40-hour week, with opportunities for additional overtime as required.
Comprehensive training and support will be provided.

YOUR PROFILE

We are seeking a technically skilled individual with a strong background in robotics, automation, and electromechanical systems.
Experience with CNC routers or edgebanders is highly desirable, but not essential.

Excellent communication and client liaison abilities.
High attention to detail, organisation, and computer literacy.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to travel occasionally for work away from home.
Current driver’s licence.

Highly desirable skills:
Experience in CNC technology, PLCs, or logic-controlled devices.
Background in automation, robotics, or industrial machinery.
Previous experience in manufacturing or field service environments.
Understanding of machine control systems and process integration.
WHY JOIN US
Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available.
Fully equipped company vehicle, phone, and tools provided.
Clear three-tier technician structure, with transparent opportunities for career progression and pay increases based on skills and performance.
Be part of a collaborative, growth-focused environment where your technical expertise and innovation are valued.
