Your New Role:
Service & Maintenance: Maintain and repair a variety of agricultural equipment, including tractors, combines/headers, trucks, tillage equipment, and hay machinery.
Diagnostics & Repair: Conduct diagnostics, order parts, and manage part records.
Workshop & Field Service: Perform both in-shop repairs and field services as needed.
Seasonal Operations: During busy periods (such as hay and harvest seasons), join the operator’s crew for hands-on field work.

Your Profile:

Certification: Heavy Diesel Technician certification (Red Seal preferred).
Experience: 5+ years in agricultural and transport equipment maintenance.
Dealer training is a plus.
Previous experience with the H2A (USA) visa process or an equivalent international program.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
