About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and manage all aspects of project delivery — from office-based planning to on-site execution. This role combines hands-on supervision with administrative responsibilities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site crews
Manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables from pre-construction to handover
Review and interpret construction plans and specifications
Prepare, manage, and track quotes and variations using construction management software
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and site diaries
Monitor budgets and project costs, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to WHS and environmental regulations on all sites
About You:
Experience in supervising construction projects, ideally in a similar regional environment
Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors
Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Sound understanding of construction processes, codes, and industry regulations
Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and specifications
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience in a construction supervisory role
Current QLD Construction White Card or the ability to obtain
Valid driver’s licence
First Aid and CPR certification (desirable)
