Your New Role:

As Buyer’s Agent you will:
Source, assess, and secure properties that align with client briefs and agency standards
Negotiate with selling agents, securing terms that protect client interests and improve outcomes
Conduct thorough due diligence
Implement data-driven, remote and local buying systems
Sign clients, manage inquiries, and secure service agreements when required
Your Profile:

You are a confident operator with strong strategic thinking and delivery skills, able to manage multiple responsibilities within the buyer’s agent realm. You thrive in small teams and take initiative.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Strong understanding of buyer’s agency services and remote property acquisition
• Experience with data-driven buying systems and remote buying processes
• Excellent communication
• Experience signing clients and negotiating property purchases

Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior experience in a buyer’s agency or property acquisition
Relevant qualifications in real estate
Full working rights in Australia
