Your New Company:
Tax agents and accountants located in Bullsbrook, Western Australia, providing comprehensive accounting and taxation services to individuals, businesses, and investors.
Services include:
Tax returns for individuals and businesses
Consultative services for partnerships, companies, trusts and self-managed super funds
Tax advice and restructuring for businesses and investors
Accounting and analysis for profit improvement
Business Activity Statement (BAS) preparation and lodgement
Instalment Activity Statements (IAS)
Tax services for property owners and investors
Private ATO rulings
Self-managed super funds (produce financials)
Your New Role:
They require an experienced Bookkeeper with at least 3+ years’ experience working in a similar dynamic, public practice-style environment. The team enjoys what they do and would like to welcome someone who can add to the vibrancy of the workplace while performing at a consistently high level.
As well as this, you will be responsible for the following:
Running the day-to-day transactional processes
Assistance with day-to-day invoice entry and bank reconciliations
Creditor management and payment runs
Debtor management and sales invoicing
Month-end reconciliations and reporting to clients
Preparation of financial statements
Preparation and lodgement of BAS returns
Preparation and lodgement of Payroll Tax & Superannuation
Your Profile:
You are a Bookkeeper with sound experience in a public practice-type environment.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy. You will also have excellent time management and organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, prioritise deadlines, and display a professional level of communication, both verbal and written.
As well as this, you will have the following:
Studied accounting and/or have at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role
Proficiency in using Excel and/or Google Sheets
An advanced understanding of Xero
Experience preparing financial statements
A genuine vision for long-term employment with the Company
