Your New Company:

campuses, providing accommodation and student services to a large number of residents. The

This higher-education institution works closely with universities, schools, commercial
partners, and international agents and places strong emphasis on professional standards,
cultural alignment, and long-term relationships with students and families.
Your New Role:
The Admissions Coordinator is a key member of the Marketing & Admissions Team.
In conjunction with the Director of Admissions, you will be responsible for the planning,
management and implementation of all aspects of resident recruitment, enrolment and
admissions processes.
This role suits a driven, highly organised professional who is confident representing this
higher-education institution and communicating effectively with internal and external
stakeholders and the broader community.
As well as this, you will be responsible for the following:
Coordinating and managing enrolment enquiries, applications and conversions
Tracking, monitoring and analysing enrolment data and preparing reports for senior
leadership, including the CEO, Executive and Board
Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, schools, commercial
partners and international agents
Representing the higher-education institution at schools, expos, open days and other
recruitment-focused events locally and regionally
Delivering professional and personalised tours to prospective residents and families
Recruiting, training and coordinating volunteers to assist with tours, open days and
school visits
Conducting interviews with prospective students to assess suitability and cultural fit
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of strategic plans, programs, activities and
offerings
Reviewing admissions content and messaging across all collateral and the website to
ensure accuracy and relevance
Collaborating with Admissions and Marketing colleagues on the planning and
delivery of events such as expos and open days
Managing international enrolment processes, including visa-related requirements and
liaison with education agents and English language providers
Maintaining an accurate admissions database from enquiry through to confirmation
and admission
Managing applicant communications and documentation throughout the application,
enrolment and re-enrolment processes
Producing accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on occupancy, prospects and
enquiries
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in database management,
documentation and reporting
Liaising with internal teams, including housekeeping, maintenance and reception, to
support room readiness and smooth check-in processes
Your Profile:
You are an experienced admissions, enrolments or client-facing professional, ideally with
exposure to higher education or professional services environments.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving
skills, exceptional organisational ability and attention to detail, and the capacity to manage
competing priorities and deadlines. You will communicate confidently and professionally,
both verbally and in writing, and be comfortable acting as a representative of the
organisation.
As well as this, you will have the following:
A Degree, Diploma or a minimum of four years’ experience in a similar role
Relevant experience in admissions, enrolments or professional services environments
Demonstrated experience using CRM systems
Recent and relevant experience in database management (minimum three years),
preferably StarRez or Salesforce
Proficiency in Office 365 and related tools
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
A collaborative, team-oriented approach aligned with not-for-profit values
Willingness and ability to uphold and embody organisational values
