Important: Biddio does not hold buyer funds for sellers. Payments for marketplace purchases are arranged directly between buyer and seller (unless a listing states otherwise).
How to get help fast
1) Auction or listing questions (fastest)
Message the other party via Biddio Messages (My Account → Messages).
Note: You must be logged in to use messages. Some accounts may need verification to unlock certain contact features.
2) Platform/support issues
Email support@biddio.com.au with details and screenshots/links.
Tip: Include:
- the listing URL (or listing ID)
- your username
- what you expected to happen vs what happened
- a quick timeline (times/dates help)
Reporting a scam or safety concern (urgent)
If you suspect a scam or unsafe behaviour, email support@biddio.com.au with subject: SCAM / SAFETY – URGENT and include:
- listing URL(s)
- usernames involved
- screenshots of messages (and payment proof if relevant)
- any phone numbers, emails, or bank details shared
- what you have already paid/sent (if anything)
Urgent safety or abuse concerns are prioritised.

We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Urgent safety/abuse reports are prioritised.
