Platform/support issues: Email support@biddio.com.au with details and screenshots/links.

Tip: Include the listing URL/ID, your username, and a brief timeline of what happened.

Response times

We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Urgent safety or abuse concerns are prioritised.
